Find Committee

Use Find - Committee to search for committees already in your database. Committee information is stored in the database by the fields completed in the Add - Committee process.

When using the FindCommittee form, you search for a desired committee using information stored in the database via specific fields.

Search results are returned on the ListCommittee page.

To search for committees in your association's database:

  1. Go to Modules > Committee > Management > FindCommittee. The Find-Committee page opens.

Note: The Advanced View check box allows you to conduct Boolean searches to broaden and narrow your search as needed. If you are uncertain with what you are looking for, use the NetForum wildcard character, the percent sign (%) to help you with your search.

  1. Use these search options to narrow your search results further.
    • Association
    • CommitteeCode
    • TypeCode
    • CommitteeName
    • Minutes
  2. Click Go. A list of search results displays in the List - Committee page. If only one result comes of the search, the profile page for that result opens.
  3. Click the name of the committee you wish to view. This will open that committee's profile page.

The more specific you make search criteria, the narrower the results returned will be. A search for committees beginning with "F" returns more results than a search for committees beginning with "Full".

You can also access the Find - Committee page by clicking the Find a Committee hyperlink on the Committee Overview and Setup page.
